Construction

Construction needs will always exist in the area.

1. La Posada, Vizcaino is continuing with construction. Phase One is completed, which includes a 2400 sq. ft. multi-purpose room with a commercial kitchen.  Phase One also includes and bathroom and shower facility with hot water, toilets, sinks. Gary Goo (English speaker) is our on site supervisor for work at La Posada. Gary can be reached at 011-521-615-104-0950.

2. Phase Two of construction will be to finish and existing palapa, and then begin building dorms to accommodate up to 36 visitors.  Planning had begun to begin that work in 2010, and that is the goal for this year.

3. Currently, the construction needs include painting the multi-purpose building, finishing the palapa (roof), and once the plans are finished for the dorms, beginning construction on the dorms.

4.  There are always needs for smaller jobs such as home repair for the people in the church in Vizcaino, and within the community. Pastor Tacho or Gary can direct you to these needs within the community.
