Humanitarian Aid
Humanitarian aid is always a great way to reach the Mexican people with the love of Jesus. The following ideas could be implemented, and the ministry team in Vizcaino could help make arrangements and assist you.
1. Medical outreaches, including any and every kind of “mobile” treatment that could be offered. Calvary Chapel of Pasadena has done medical outreaches twice in the area: 2007 & 2008. They are a huge blessing to the community.
2. Clothing and blankets to the poor.
3. “Rice & Beans” is an outreach into the migrant worker camps, where the poorest of the poor live.
4. Friendship evangelism supports the weekly Bible studies done in the “campos”.
5. “Ministerio Mis Pies, Mis Manos”- Provide practical needs, such as personal hygiene supplies, sandals, backpacks for kids, etc.
